Return Policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can email us at info@beerchugger.com Once your email is received, our customer care team will communicate with you to help guide you through the return process. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Please keep the tracking information of your return to monitor delivery status.  We encourage you to get the insurance on your return shipment as we cannot be responsible for the shipping agent should your product be damaged or lost on the shipment back to American Cornhole Association.

Typical return processing takes 30 days. Once your return has been received and has passed inspection, we will issue the credit. You will be notified via email once your return is processed and the credit has been issued.

  2. Ship product prepaid to BeerChugger following the instructions from our consumer care team
  3. Once a return is accepted, a refund will be provided.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within the 10 day return policy window) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We realize that sometimes damage can happen during the original shipment to you.  If you do receive damaged product, we will work diligently to get you a replacement quickly.

Please contact us to initiate your replacement or to resolve your issue.  In your email please provide the following information:

  • Name on the original order
  • Photos of the damage/issue
  • Email address
  • Phone number
Exchanges
To start the exchange process, you can contact us. Once your email is received, our customer care team will communicate with you to help guide you through the exchange process. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
